Shipping Charges:

We provide free and paid shipping as per the type of products we sell across the country. However, it will be mentioned in the product description provided in the product catalog.

Shipping Time Line and Delivery:

Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may delay the delivery. In standard shipping, the delivery to the end customer may happen within 5 to 14 working days! Business days generally won’t include Saturdays. But in certain PIN codes, delivery is possible on Saturdays. It totally depends on the end service provider policies. Shipping charges and express shipping are calculated on a per order basis including shipping, order processing, item selection, and packing cost, and will only apply to the items which are mentioned for it. Most items will ship within 24 hours. However, some vendors and shipping locations may require additional processing time, and this processing time is factored into the estimated delivery date shown at the checkout. We will not deliver at PO boxes. So, the customer is requested to avoid it in the order form. Instead, we ask to give the right address for the delivery. In case of any lost packages, the courier agency will be responsible and Orbit Pharma will coordinate with the customer to pick up or rescue the courier which is lost. But, Orbit Pharma will never send another product unless and until it gets confirmation of the same through proper channels. In the case of international shipping, then someone at some point needs to deal with customs and duties. It used to be the customer's job to handle the duties. The customer must get a letter from the carrier informing you that they are holding the package until you pay the customs and duty charges for your country.

Payment Methods: 

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit cards: All credit cards which are approved by the RBI

Debit cards: All debit cards which are approved by the RBI

Google pay, Pay pal , Direct internet banking

If you pay by debit or credit card, the temporary authorization will be charged at first as per the banking rules and we will ship the products and the temporary authorization will be converted to credit within the next 7 to 14 days.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

In case of any cancellation, the customer has to cancel the order within 24 hours or before the shipping, or the cancellation will not be accepted. 

In case of the accepted cancellation, the amount credited will return to the customer account within 7 to 14 days.

The Product Return Policy:

The products once purchased can’t be returned without proper reason. In case of any such cases, the customer has to contact the admin manager of Orbit Pharma and inform the details and proceed as per the instructions of the admin manager.
